Church groups wishing to go on short-term mission trips should follow the North American Division guidelines as outlined below, and then submit a written request to the Illinois Conference Executive Secretary, including the dates and location of the trip, list of participants, and
proof of insurance; for submission to the Executive Committee. Executive Committee meetings take place every second month, and the dates can be found on the conference calendar.
